Marenovum Partners is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives across private equity portfolio companies. You’ll work directly with CEOs, COOs, and PE sponsors to drive post-close transformations, enhance performance, and deliver long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple portfolio company engagements and monitor value creation plans
   
• Partner with leadership teams to implement strategic, operational, and financial improvements
   
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in marketing, operations, and digital commerce
   
• Serve as a trusted advisor to investors and executive stakeholders
   

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, private equity operations, or executive leadership
   
• Strong background in performance management, financial oversight, and team leadership
   
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
   
• MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred

We're looking for a CPA to support financial diligence, reporting, and internal control optimization across our clients' portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct buy-side due diligence, including quality of earnings and working capital reviews
   
• Improve financial reporting systems and processes at the portfolio level
   
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
   
• Collaborate with consulting teams to align operational and financial goals
   

Requirements:

• Active CPA license
   
• 5+ years in public accounting, transaction advisory, or PE-backed finance roles
   
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with NetSuite a plus
   
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data for executive audiences

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational and financial assessments for M&A targets
   
• Support creation of investment decks, reports, and memos
   
• Analyze industry trends, benchmarks, and performance metrics
   
• Work with senior consultants on pre-close and post-close engagements
   

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
   
• Strong analytical and research skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
   
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
   
• Self-starter who thrives in project-based environments
