Earlier in his career, Randy held senior leadership roles across fintech, asset management, and specialty finance, including serving at Bridgewater Associates, GE Capital, and as interim CFO/COO for fintech portfolio companies. He began his career as a U.S. Naval Officer, where he earned designation as a Nuclear Engineer and Surface Warfare Officer, and received multiple commendations for operational leadership.

Today, Randy advises private equity firms, family offices, and corporate boards on value creation, operational turnarounds, and interim executive leadership. He thrives in high-stakes, messy environments where enterprise value hangs in the balance—and brings the discipline, decisiveness, and creativity needed to deliver outcomes.

Momentum provides senior HR leadership on a fractional basis, filling a critical gap for organizations that need seasoned expertise during pivotal moments such as funding rounds, M&A, or rapid expansion.

Previously, Robert served as Head of HR – North America at Biocon Biologics, where he built the U.S. and Canadian HR function during the $3B Viatris Biosimilars integration, achieving 99% employee retention and driving double-digit sales growth. As CHRO at Innocoll Biotherapeutics, he created a global HR infrastructure that enabled rapid commercialization, strengthened culture, and positioned the company for expansion. His earlier roles include interim CHRO work with Melinta Therapeutics post-bankruptcy, senior HR leadership at VectivBio during its acquisition, and HR transformation projects across the life sciences, consumer products, and specialty chemicals industries.

Robert holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Connecticut College. He is widely recognized for building strong relationships with CEOs, Boards, and executive teams, translating strategy into talent outcomes, and creating HR organizations that are agile, accountable, and growth-driven.
