Jeff Greco

Jeff Greco is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations across global enterprises, including SAP S4, digital transformations, alliance partnerships, sales enablement, product launch, working with 25+ global brands across 10 industries. His leadership has spanned joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, Divestitures and global go-to-market strategies with organizations ranging from $5 Billion to $25 billion in size.  Jeff brings a proven ability to align stakeholders, technology, business strategies and key frameworks to drive growth, efficiency, and resilience for complex organizations.


As a partner at Wipro, Jeff guided advisory and consulting engagements for household names including Estée Lauder, Microsoft, Nike, VF Corp, Kontoor Brands, and others. He successfully led and launched joint cyber vault solutions with Dell Technologies, pioneered AI-driven governance frameworks and built strategic alliances with leading partners like Fortinet, Netskope, Zscaler, AWS, Azure, and Google.


Jeff served as Senior Advisor/Architect at NIKE on large strategic initiative where his vision and leadership resulted in NIKE’s first global data governance framework for the company’s $2 billion Strategic Enterprise Capabilities program.


Notably, Jeff served as Chief Architect and led the $24 billion post-merger integration of Burger King and Tim Hortons, one of the largest global quick-service restaurant mergers to date. He led the unification of two global enterprises into one, including global architecture of people, process, systems and technology, stakeholder alignment, business and non-business infrastructure, two supply chains, and transformative data governance initiatives that eliminated 96% of operational inefficiencies. Jeff’s collaborative leadership across both organizations, working closely with CIOs, CTOs and global business leaders, delivered a robust, data-driven enterprise which delivered tens of millions annual savings and one of the biggest wins on wall street.


Jeff founded Global Solutions, Inc., where he spent 17 years leading SAP S/4 digital transformation for clients such as Coca-Cola, Motorola, Kellogg’s, Eli Lilly, EDS-HP, Bombardier, and Amtrak in the US, Europe, and South America.

Lou Kovach is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership across industrial operations, supply chain strategy, business transformation, and AI-driven optimization. He has a proven track record of building and scaling companies, enhancing operational performance, and driving significant EBITDA growth.


Lou has deep expertise in sales and multi-channel marketing, including launching and commercializing hundreds of consumer products. He holds multiple patents and has successfully brought products to market through channels such as Walmart stores, Amazon, and eBay.


As President of Blacksmith Distributing (1993–2005), Lou scaled the business to a successful exit to Bain Capital. He developed and managed a national dealer network, implemented cost-saving supply chain strategies, and drove significant revenue growth. 


From 2005 to 2024, Lou served as President of Red Hound and Polar Whale, leading the development of multi-million-dollar e-commerce brands in the automotive and consumer goods sectors. He managed global sourcing across China, Taiwan, and India, implemented ERP systems such as NetSuite, and led digital channel expansion.


Known for his hands-on leadership and operational rigor, Lou specializes in transforming underperforming businesses and delivering measurable value creation. He brings a practical, data-informed approach to due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and portfolio company optimization.


Lou works closely with private equity firms to accelerate value creation, strengthen operational foundations, and unlock performance across portfolio companies.

As a Chief Operating Officer, he has led strategic initiatives across supply chain management, global sourcing, and organizational performance, helping companies optimize operations and scale efficiently. His leadership has consistently delivered results by aligning business strategy with operational execution.


Andrew has deep expertise in supply chain optimization, working with businesses to reduce inefficiencies, improve logistics workflows, and enhance overall performance. He partners with clients to design agile, scalable supply chain models that support both immediate needs and long-term growth. His background in global sourcing enables organizations to drive cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risk through strategic procurement from international suppliers.


In parallel with his operational leadership, Andrew has held senior roles in e-commerce and digital marketing, guiding cross-functional teams in brand marketing, performance marketing, and marketplace strategy. He has successfully launched and optimized dozens of digital storefronts on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and Shopify, building profitable online sales channels and enhancing customer acquisition.


Andrew has managed multi-million dollar advertising budgets across platforms like Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, executing campaigns that drive measurable growth. With hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace ecosystems, he ensures marketing efforts are tightly integrated with broader business goals.

Earlier in his career, David held senior roles at Amazon, AT&T Wireless, Experian, and Yesmail, where he led initiatives that generated hundreds of millions in revenue. At Amazon, he helped establish a new B2B channel; at AT&T, he led the launch of a $1.5 billion service line in under 90 days.

As Founder of Manoah Consulting, he has pioneered innovative coaching programs that drive client engagement, enhance team performance, and develop leadership capacity across industries.


Throughout his career, Dr. Wilson has successfully led and stabilized complex organizations, including high-performing charter schools and nonprofit institutions. As CEO and Head of School at the International High School of New Orleans and the International School of Louisiana, he guided transformational initiatives to improve financial sustainability, strengthen governance, and raise academic achievement. Earlier, as Superintendent and Head of School at Westlake Academy, he implemented operational and cultural change programs that dramatically improved employee engagement and community participation.


Dr. Wilson’s leadership spans beyond education into housing and community development, having served as CFO for Christopher Homes under the Archdiocese of New Orleans, where he oversaw large asset portfolios and ensured consistent financial compliance across dozens of properties. Rebecca Storbeck Trubac is the Director of Operations at the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) in Zurich, Switzerland. She oversees CSP’s finances, human resources, operations, and event management - playing a central role in advancing its mission to accelerate the shift of private wealth toward sustainable finance. Her work focuses on equipping ultra-high-net-wealth individuals with the tools to integrate sustainability into complex portfolios.


Rebecca began her career in risk consulting at Ernst & Young, where she gained deep experience in financial systems, compliance, IT implementation, and risk assessment. Her interest in global development led her to earn a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in the Czech Republic, expanding her focus to include women’s empowerment and sustainability. Merging her financial expertise with social impact, Rebecca has worked as an independent consultant for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations worldwide. Her projects span grassroots fundraising in Uganda, compliance support for startups, and marketing strategy for educational initiatives.


In 2020, she founded FairFem (www.fairfem.ch), a Swiss-based online platform promoting fair, sustainable fashion and empowering women across the global supply chain—from producers to consumers.


Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience leading process improvements across financial, compliance, IT, and nonprofit domains.

As Chief Operating Officer at ShipMonk, John leads the expansion of a fast‑growing e-commerce 3PL, overseeing warehousing, fulfillment, and automation for small‑to‑mid‑market merchants throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe.


Previously, John served as Executive Vice President and COO at GEODIS, where he managed over 15,000 employees and 40 million square feet of warehouse capacity, delivering more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue with a significant focus on direct-to-consumer solutions. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at ES3, leading solutions engineering and operational excellence initiatives that transformed customer supply chains.


John is known for integrating technology and engineering rigor into operational strategy, helping organizations achieve scalable, resilient, and data-driven fulfillment systems. He champions transparent leadership and open team communication, fostering empowered cultures of accountability and innovation.
